To make a fresh cup of coffee, all you do first is fill up the Keurig coffee maker’s removable reservoir that holds 48 ounces of water. Then, place the coffee container, called a “K-cup,” into its holder. Press the handle down and two tiny, needle-like tubes, one from up top, and one down below the k-cup, puncture it and force the heated water through the K-Cup coffee and down into your own cup. That’s it! You can make up to 6 or more cups of coffee before you have to refill the reservoir.
