CoffeeIcon.com uses an advanced system that communicates directly with FedEx to provide you with real time shipping cost. This insures that you are not paying too much for your shipment. Your shipping cost will be provided after you enter your “ship to” information.
We ship all of our online orders through FedEx (Federal Express). Most orders placed by 1:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday (Depending on product in stock and special orders), will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm or on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Large quantity orders may have to ship via a freight company depending on weight, size and quantities ordered. If we do use a freight company to ship your order, we will e-mail you that confirmation and who we shipped through, if not FedEx.
Customers who upgrade their shipping method to an expedited method (Overnight Express, 2 Day Express, Or 3 Day Express at regular cost) will receive SAME DAY SHIPPING on orders placed before 1:00pm CST on normal business days (Unless we are out of stock on product or its a special item order). FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays to Commercial locations and are not considered transit days. FedEx does deliver on Saturdays (but not Sundays or Mondays) to Home Delivery Locations.
We do not ship outside of the 50 United States, however there is additional shipping charges that may apply to any orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. The $75.00 in free shipping does not apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
All orders are shipped ground unless you choose an Express shipping. Please refer to the map below for delivery times. Surcharges may apply for overweight items and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. CoffeeIcon.com will contact you for cost approval before shipping.
We are not responsible for orders delivered late due to local weather exceptions and other extreme occurrences such as an act of God and will not refund shipping cost.
APO & FPO
CoffeeIcon.com is proud to announce that we are now able to ship to our brave men and woman who put their lives on the line for us. You will need to select APO/FPO in the “Shipping Method” during the checkout procedure. We rely on the USPS to deliver APO/FPO deliveries. They do not come by FedEx. Packages sent by way of FPO/ APO are delivered by way of Parcel Post. That is the requirement by the USPS for APO/FPO deliveries. We are not able to even give the option to send these products first class or any other class for that matter. The reason we do offer APO/FPO shipments is because men and woman fighting for our freedoms asked us to do so, but keep in mind that coffee is a federally regulated commodity with many international restrictions to particular areas in the world. Because of the restrictions imposed upon us by USPS, these deliveries can take up to 6 to 8 weeks for you to receive your order. Your package may get there faster than 6-8 weeks, but we have no way to give an estimate. This is usually the case if your APO/FPO is stateside, but we are unable to see this because of the way APO/FPO's move.
Note: APO/FPO orders do not qualify for same day shipping or free shipping at the $75 level. Our sophisticated system communicates directly with the United States Post Office to obtain actual shipping cost. At times the cost can seem high at times, but please understand that we do not charge anything extra on any shipment. However it cannot estimate the final shipping cost. Because of this the shipping cost may be quite different. In extreme cases, we may need to contact you for additional shipping cost.
APO & FPO Restrictions: Mail addressed to military post offices overseas is subject to certain conditions or restrictions of mailing regarding content, preparation, and handling. One of these restrictions includes the prohibition of coffee. You will need to be sure your area will be able to accept some of these restricted items before making your purchase. We at CoffeeIcon.com will do our best to insure the delivery of these orders, but because of the strict rules and conditions placed, you will be responsible for insuring that you are able to receive them. Weight and size restrictions are also in place as well. Additional shipping cost may be necessary. To find out the restrictions in your area, view the USPS Overseas Military Mail tables.
Google Checkout
CoffeeIcon.com is happy to be able to provide our customers the option to checkout using Google Checkout. Google Checkout requires a set shipping price for prior to the payment process. Because of this fact, there is no way for us to provide the “free shipping over $75” rule or real time shipping cost calculations between FedEx and Google Checkout.
PayPal
We understand that many online shoppers use PayPal. This is why we give the option to pay using PayPal. Our advanced payment system talks directly with PayPal to process your PayPal payment.
