Wolfgang Puck's coffees are selected from the top 5%
of the world's coffee production. While
all Arabica coffees are handpicked, there
are varying degrees of care taken in this
process. Fine estates will harvest beans
three or more times, taking only ripe
cherries each time. These are the quality
farmers that we work with to supply our
specialty beans.
Our coffee cuppers have over half a
century's combined experience. They also
have long-standing relationships with
fine coffee estates around the globe. Our
focus is on quality and variety, not volume.
As a result, our coffee menu offers a
broad array of exotic coffee experiences.
